All transactions are processed and stored on a secure server which is PCI verified and compliant. Your email address is stored by us in case we should need to contact you concerning your order.
If you register for membership we will ask for your name, email address, home/business address and personal information
We use the information to help us understand more about how our customers use our Web site and to improve our service to you. We may occassionally send you information about us or our products which we think may be of interest to you via email unless you have informed us otherwise.
All returns that are deemed by you (the customer) to be unsuitable or damaged in transit must be returned within 7 days of purchase/delivery. It is the customers responsibility to return the item carriage paid, in good condition and in the original packaging. We will refund the cost of the product plus carriage costs when the unsuitablity of, or damage to, the product we supplied is verified by our team.
Faulty goods must also be returned carriage paid. We will then provide a free replacement when the fault is verified by our team. Carriage costs will be refunded on faulty items returned within 28 days of original purchase date only.
